There is a diff . in insights and trends , insights gives us more info like rising keywords and the regions to pin level where the search term is famous for and you can mix and match with other terms and countries to find best keywords in insights which is lacking in trends....my 2cents

		<description>Excellent video, but I can&#039;t see the key differences between Google Trends and Insight. They both are good for providing extra info for our keyword analysis and market analysis. Of course we can also use them to help us in laser targeting profitable keywords in our web PPC spying process.
