Affiliate Marketing Using PPC: Different Styles of Landing Pages

In addition to many important elements to include in a landing page, it is also important to be aware of the different styles of landing pages that you can use to promote your product or service. Being aware of the different styles of landing pages will help you to create a successful and focused page that best compliments your product or service and delivers the best conversion to sales ratio.
Let’s take a look at different styles of landing pages that will help you to decide which one will be most appropriate for your product or service.
Styles of Landing Pages:
Review Style: A landing page designed in review style will highlight several different products from the same niche. The challenge to designing a review style landing page is keeping it simple. A review style page should maintain a clean design while providing a clear understanding of the different products being offered.
You can include several offers to be reviewed and I suggest that you always place the reviews before the content followed by some explanation about the website. Be sure to make the image and the website link clickable.
Comparison Style: A landing page designed in comparison style is very similar to a review style landing page except the pros and cons of each product are highlighted in detail. Most comparison style landing pages also include a cross product comparison. It is best not to oversell on product comparisons and to just provide the facts about each product or service.
Single Offer Style: A single offer style landing page is designed with a focus on one particular product. The page should include a simple design, accurate information about the product that is scannable by the reader, benefits and advantages, as well as clear instructions for a call to action.
A single offer style landing page should be free of any distractions such as links to other pages or other offers that take the reader’s attention away from the single offer for which the landing page was originally intended.
Multi-Offer Style: A multi-offer style landing page contains more than one offer that includes a main offer, complimentary offer, as well as a few smaller offers. A multi-offer landing page is created in an effort to increase an EPC rate (Earnings Per Click).
A multi-offer landing page can also include multiple calls to action. Many readers will not click on the first call to action so providing multiple places to click allows the reader to click whenever they have read enough and have decided to act on the offer.
Testimonial Style: A testimonial style landing page will contain multiple testimonials about the product or service you are offering. These are usually personal testimonials which have been collected by the person offering the product. The testimonials are used in conjunction with accurate information and benefits related to the product or service being offered.
Email Opt-In Style: An email opt-in style landing page is designed specifically to gather a list of prospects related to a certain niche product that you are offering. The distribution list will then be used to send free information as well as future backend offers that are related to the specific niche.
If you are affiliate marketing using PPC advertisements, be certain that the style of the landing page adequately reflects the offer in the advertisement.
